Jody Lavoie, Operations Manager

I was born and raised in Northern Maine and moved to the mid-coast area in 2004. I began my employment with Dr. Randy in 2005 as a dental assistant. My current position as operations manager allows me to develop a team of individuals to carry out the mission for MidCoast Family Dentistry. I enjoy the ever evolving process and stay current with changes in the dental field so we can offer our patients the most effective treatment and the best products. Financial and facilities management are also part of my responsibilities. I navigate the business through and around obstacles that impede the achievement of our goals.

Serving others by helping ease fears, giving a smile for reassurance, guiding a patient through financial and treatment options, helping teammates “pull it all together” to give the patient an awesome experience makes for a successful day. I am very excited to be assisting in the administrative development of our Pain Management program. I believe this is an added bonus for our patients. It is my goal to encourage my team members and patient comments so it will lead to improved customer service and comfort. Thank you for reading about my team members and myself. Donna Holub, Financial/Treatment Coordinator

Upholding the quality standards patients expect is important to me and am dedicated to patient care and committed to patient advocacy. I have thirty years experience in healthcare in sales and marketing for a pharmaceutical company, bringing a greater understanding to my job.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and marketing and have a certificate in interior design. I enjoy seeing a project develop from concept to completion. Gardening, tennis and spending time with my family, especially my 2 grandchildren are just a few things I cherish. Allow me to welcome you to MidCoast Family Dentistry.

I was born and raised in mid-coast Maine, joining Dr. Randy and his talented team at MidCoast Family Dentistry in March of 2009. Previously I provided customer service in both the healthcare and financial fields for over twenty years. I pride myself in enriching other’s lives. I’m thrilled to be a part of the MidCoast Family Dentistry family. I work in an office that is committed to providing the newest technology in dental care and pain management to the people in our surrounding communities and throughout the State of Maine.

Kim Crockett, Financial Treatment Coordinator

I joined the MidCoast Family Dentistry administrative team in February 2010. Prior to joining this team, I worked in the financial field for over 15 years. Not having a dental background has not stopped me from learning as much as I can in a short time and moving the team forward with innovative and cost saving changes. I thrive on challenges and love to learn something new everyday. I consider myself no-nonsense and a straight-shooter.

Working in a customer facing position has been a new and exciting change for me that I have found to be extremely rewarding. I love to see our patients come in for care and leave with a genuine smile on their face and sense of gratitude towards my peers who have helped them get that smile back. The entire team is committed to complete patient satisfaction and providing the best care I have ever seen. I wish I had been a patient here all along.

When I am not having fun at work, I am passionate about motorcycling with my husband and spending time renovating our 1850’s home. I have lived in the mid-coast my entire life and have three wicked awesome kids!
