Jody Lavoie, Operations Manager

I was born and raised in Northern Maine and moved to the mid-coast area in 2004. I began my employment with Dr. Randy in 2005 as a dental assistant. My current position as operations manager allows me to develop a team of individuals to carry out the mission for MidCoast Family Dentistry. I enjoy the ever evolving process and stay current with changes in the dental field so we can offer our patients the most effective treatment and the best products. Financial and facilities management are also part of my responsibilities. I navigate the business through and around obstacles that impede the achievement of our goals.

Serving others by helping ease fears, giving a smile for reassurance, guiding a patient through financial and treatment options, helping teammates “pull it all together” to give the patient an awesome experience makes for a successful day. I am very excited to be assisting in the administrative development our Pain Management program. I believe this is an added bonus for our patients. It is my goal to encourage my team members and patient comments so it will lead to improved customer service and comfort. Thank you for reading about my team members and me. Donna Holub, Financial/Treatment Coordinator

I am the newest member of the MidCoast Family Dentistry team. Welcoming you to our office, simplifying your visit and making you feel at home is what I ensure. Upholding the quality standards patients expect is important to me and am dedicated to patient care and committed to patient advocacy. I have twenty four years experience in healthcare working in sales and marketing for a pharmaceutical company, bringing a greater understanding to my job.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and marketing and have a certificate in interior design. I enjoy seeing a project develop from concept to completion. Gardening, tennis and spending time with my family, especially my 2 grandchildren are just a few things I cherish. Allow me to welcome you to MidCoast Family Dentistry.

Jillian Held, Restorative Coordinator

I have been a patient of Dr. Randy’s since 4 years old. My dental experiences have always been positive, so I was excited to work with someone I could trust and stand behind. The new technology, advances in pain management, and the discovery that continuous care of your oral health may keep your general health in better condition makes the dental field an exciting place to me. I enjoy scheduling and helping you understand your treatment. I will explain your treatment options as well as assist with payment arrangements.

I am happiest when I am listening to music, spending time with friends and family and volunteering.

Previously I provided customer service in both the healthcare and financial fields for over twenty years. I pride myself in enriching other’s lives. I’m thrilled to be a part of the MidCoast Family Dentistry family. I work in an office that is committed to providing the newest technology in dental care and pain management to the people in our surrounding communities and throughout the State of Maine.
